It is different from screening. Screening deals with numbers you simply have not saved. This one deals with numbers your carrier has actively identified as likely spam or fraud, so its accuracy depends on your carrier's own detection.
To read what was filtered, open the Phone app, tap Calls (Unified layout) or Recents (Classic layout), tap the filter button at the top right, then tap Spam.
How do I do it?
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Apps, then tap Phone.
- Turn on Spam.
- Review filtered calls in the Phone app under the filter button, then Spam.
