*611 on iPhone: Metro by T-Mobile Customer Service

By Muhammad Shahid · 4 November 2026 · 3 min read

Quick answer

*611: Metro's support line from a Metro phone. Metro documents *611 from a Metro handset, or 1-888-8METRO8, as the way to reach customer care. Metro is T-Mobile's own prepaid sub-brand rather than a third-party MVNO, so the support organisation is genuinely Metro's. Note the star. Metro publishes the starred form, and on some Metro devices plain 611 behaves differently.
